Can I forward multiple boxes ?
Yes , you can. They are charged separately
Can I forward 1 big box and can you split into multiple smaller boxes when shipping to me ?
Yes that is possible. We will charge according tothe box size.
Then we will charge the shipping of each box.
Can I declare the box however I want ?
Can I declare as a gift and modify the prices ?
Yes you can. Since we did not proxy buy it, we do not know how much the items cost.
We will ask you fill out a form so we can create the commercial invoice for each box.
This is a requirement.
I am not sure what the box size is. Is this a problem ?
You can pay for the smallest box size the nwe will adjust.
Yamato, Japan Post and Sagawa stick the shipping label on top of the box. It looks like this :
They will encircle the appropriate box size. We will base our charges on what the courier encircled. This is also the amount the warehouse / shop / proxy will charge you for.
Can I forward a few small packages and can you consolidate them in one big box and ship after a month?
You can forward multiple boxes. They will be charged separately according to their sizes.
We can consolidate them and put in one big box or multiple boxes as you wish.
The boxes have to arrive roughly within the same week of each other so we can ship right away. Due to space constrains, we do not store.
I want to claim a prize and use your address. Is it possible ?
You can as long as they are all prepaid. All cash on delivery boxes will be rejected.
This is with the exception of postpaid Beyblades that are obtained through postcard applications. You need to contact us if using our address for postpaid Beyblades . However each postpaid Beyblade will be charged separately. They are 60 per item.
For prize Beyblades they will charged according to the box size. Since we do not know until when it has arrived, additional fees may be required.
Can I apply for a Pokemon lottery and use your address ?
Yes you can. As long as you are using your own verified account, we can provide a forwarding address.
There are some restricted items included in my box. Is this a problem ?
Depending on what it is , we may or may not be able to reship them internationally. If we cannot, we will dispose of them or refer you to Teresa's Toy Store. Teresa's Toy Store offers handcarry to the US of certain items that cannot be shipped internationally from time to time . They will charge additional fees to handcary. Please inquire with them.
